Planning & Design. This phase involves several different steps |

- Initial Client Meeting – We talk about your project and how we can help you create your new home. Two important topics include:
- Project Scope - This is where you share the vision for your new home
- Project Delivery Methods - We discuss how we can best meet your needs. Read more >>
- Preliminary Architectural Plans (Or Schematic Design Phase) – Once you decide to work with EDB, we begin to craft your home to your specifications. Through several revisions we are able to establish the layout of your home We also provide a preliminary budget to give you an idea of what your home will cost.
- Design Development Phase – This is where we take the layout and create more detailed architectural plans.
- Development of full set of construction plans - We design the ins and outs of your home. Structural, plumbing & electrical plans to name a few.
- Detailed Budget – We present you with a detailed estimate of the cost of your new home. You then decide to proceed or to adapt the project to better meet your needs and expectations.
- Permitting - We take you through the permitting process so that construction is ready to begin.

Construction |

We develop controls and managing tools to make certain we execute the project according to your specifications, quality standards, timeline and budget. During this phase, we keep you up to date via your very own ‘Client Page’ on our website, where you can follow your construction progress through plans, photos, optional live video and a project log. |

Post-Construction/Client Takeover |

We perform a closing walk-through to receive your final approval. We then give you the keys to your new home. But we also provide you with a full set of as-built plans to keep for your records, a guide to maintaining and understanding your house, as well as a warranty on your home. |
